Signal & Steel works to process and ship orders as quickly as possible so you can get your gear on the field without unnecessary delays.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Methods

For orders fulfilled directly by Signal & Steel, we ship using USPS (United States Postal Service).

Shipping services may include:

  • USPS Ground Advantage

  • USPS Priority Mail

  • USPS Priority Mail Express

Shipping options and rates will be calculated at checkout based on package weight, destination, and selected delivery speed.

Third-Party Fulfillment & Drop Shipping

Some products may ship directly from third-party suppliers or fulfillment partners.

For these items:

  • Available shipping carriers may vary

  • Shipping options will be displayed at checkout

  • Tracking information will be provided once the item ships

Products fulfilled by third-party partners may ship separately from other items in your order.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times depend on the shipping service selected at checkout and the fulfillment source.

Typical USPS delivery estimates:

  • USPS Ground Advantage: 4–7 business days

  • USPS Priority Mail: 3–5 business days

  • USPS Priority Mail Express: 2–3 business days

Delivery estimates begin once the order has shipped, not when the order is placed.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Tracking updates may take up to 24-72 hours to appear in the carrier’s system.

Multiple Shipments

Orders containing items from multiple suppliers or fulfillment locations may arrive in separate shipments.

Each shipment will have its own tracking number.

Shipping Restrictions

Signal & Steel complies with all applicable shipping regulations.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the items they purchase are legal to own in their jurisdiction.

Orders containing restricted items may be canceled if shipping restrictions apply.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct when placing your order.

Signal & Steel is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly provided addresses. If a package is returned due to an invalid address, additional shipping charges may apply.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

Once a shipment has been handed off to the carrier, delivery timelines are outside of our direct control.

If a package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist with initiating a carrier investigation.

International Shipping

International shipping availability depends on the product and fulfillment partner.

Any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Take photos of the packaging and damaged item(s).

  2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  3. Include your order number and photos.

We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
