Signal & Steel stands behind the quality of the products we fulfill directly. Please review the policy below before placing an order.


Returns

Returns are only accepted for items fulfilled directly by Signal & Steel.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition

  • The item must be returned in original packaging

  • The return request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided

Items that show signs of use, modification, or damage caused by the customer are not eligible for return.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items fulfilled by third-party suppliers or drop-shipping partners

  • Custom or special-order products

  • Clearance or final-sale items

  • Used or damaged items not caused by shipping

  • Consumables such as BBs, gas, batteries, or similar items

Products shipped directly from third-party fulfillment partners will be clearly identified at checkout and are not eligible for return or refund through Signal & Steel.


Third-Party Fulfillment Orders

Some items may ship directly from third-party suppliers or fulfillment partners.

These items:

  • May ship separately from other products

  • May use different shipping carriers

  • Are not eligible for return or refund through Signal & Steel

Any issues related to these items may need to be handled through the manufacturer or supplier when applicable.


Damaged or Defective Items

If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged product

  • Photos of the packaging

We will review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.


Return Process

To request a return for an eligible item:

  1. Contact our support team.

  2. Include your order number and reason for return.

  3. Wait for return approval and instructions.

Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.


Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time may take 5–10 business days depending on the payment provider

Shipping costs are non-refundable.


Exchanges

We currently do not guarantee exchanges due to inventory availability.

If you require a different product, the recommended process is to place a new order after a return is approved.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet shipped.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return policy if eligible.

Orders fulfilled by third-party partners may enter fulfillment immediately and may not be cancelable.
